2. Challenge it Calmly

Is this objectively true, or is it a fear-based assumption?

Encourage neutral, non-judgmental awareness (not toxic positivity)

3. Shift to a More Grounded Perspective

A grounded, believable reframe:

“I may not know everything yet, but I’m capable of learning and improving.”
